Amanda Beck

Amanda Beck holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University with a minor in Studio Art. Currently she works as an Environmental Consultant for an international company performing environmental audits, assessments, and preparing Environmental Impact Reports and Statements to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act and the National Environmental Quality Act. Prior to Amanda’s work as an Environmental Consultant, she worked as a Seventh Grade Science Teacher at Oakland Military Institute.

On her off time Amanda enjoys hiking, gardening, painting, playing with her dog Odys, and keeping in touch with family and friends. Amanda lives in Alameda, California with her husband Peet and their dog Odys (Short for Odysseus).
