Anthony Crowe
Educational Consultant

Anthony Crowe grew up in Dorchester, an inner city community within Boston. His past tutoring experiences come predominantly from non-profit settings, often within urban communities. While his focus is on promoting literacy, he has a wealth of academic experience in many disciplines.

Anthony was admitted to the prestigious Boston Latin School, which he attended for the duration of seventh and eighth grade. When his family left the city to buy their first home, Anthony transferred to North Quincy High School, where he was admitted to a selective creative arts program (Renaissance) and graduated with honors.

Anthony Crowe started college at the University of Massachusetts at Boston. After nearly three years of study, he was presented with an amazing opportunity to tour and perform as a professional musician. He worked as a professional musician for over a year, and in that time briefly relocated to Long Island, New York.

Since returning to academia, he has been very successful and is finishing his undergraduate degree in Government at Harvard University. He has also declared a dual minor in Theological Studies and Linguistics. He has proven to himself and his peers that the traditional approach is not always universal, and that there are many paths one can take to reach their goals. He hopes to further his interdisciplinary research in a graduate program, pursuing either a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) or a Master of Arts (MA).

Additionally, Anthony was recently invited to join a Boston-area Chapter of American Mensa. In order to be accepted into the High IQ Society, Anthony had to score in the top two percent on a standardized, accepted intelligence test.
