Jessica Kaye
Educational Consultant
Jessica Kaye
graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (magna
cum laude) in Performance Studies. While at Harvard, she spent a semester
at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. Her studies culminated
in a dance theater piece she wrote, choreographed and directed which examined
the life and laws of Apartheid South Africa.
Upon graduation,
Jessica spent a year dancing and acting in New York City. In 2002 she
entered Columbia University where she received a Master of Fine Arts degree
in 2005 and won the Bob Hope Fellowship for 'great potential and talent'
in Acting. She has performed and traveled extensively, acting in productions
in England, Scotland, Germany, Italy, South Korea, South Africa and Australia.
Jessica currently
lives in New York, where she continues to perform, produce, write and
choreograph for both film and theater. She is also a volunteer with New
York Cares. When she is not working, she loves reading, writing, being
outdoors, dancing, spending time with friends and enjoying this incredible
city!
