Katharine Carr

Katharine Carr graduated from Emory University this May with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Over her four years in Atlanta, she worked as an EMT for Emory EMS, participated in various service projects and organizations, and acted as the Vice President of Emory's Psi Chi (national psychology honor society) chapter.

Her tutoring/teaching experience includes working with inner city elementary students on their reading, tutoring fellow college students in psychology and calculus with Emory's EPASS program, and teaching lab skills/protocols to individuals at Walter Reed's Army Institute of Research.

Currently, Katharine is living in Washington, DC and attending Georgetown University's Second Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. After its completion, she hopes to work at a hospital in the DC area and eventually go on to get a Masters degree.
