Rob Campbell holds fine arts degrees from Yale University (bachelors), University of Illinois (masters) and a doctorate from Stanford University. He remained in academe, working for eight years as a music professor before branching into online teaching in humanities, communications and research. Rob also has a private communications consulting business.

In demand throughout California as a musical clinician, coach and arranger, Rob is the current Music Category Specialist of the Barbershop Harmony Society judging program, with fourteen published vocal arrangements to his credit and many others unpublished.

Rob lives in sunny San Diego and enjoys tennis, beach volleyball and roller blading.
