Son Kim
Educational Consultant

Son Kim is a certified high school English teacher who has taught in Chicago, Boston, and Los Angeles.  She attended University of California Berkeley, where she studied Psychology and English Literature, and recently obtained her Masters in Education from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education.

In addition to her teaching, Son has worked as a trade coordinator, a human resources coordinator for a litigation support firm, a publishing assistant, and a recruiter.  Her varied career and educational interests have taken her to many of the major cities in the United States, which she is unboundedly grateful for. 

In her spare time, Son likes to do things that have given her the reputation of being an "old soul," such as shunning tv, nightlife, and friends to read 19th century novels on a Friday night, and picking up crafts such as knitting and jewelry making.  Son enjoys cooking, reading/thinking/talking about great books, bikram yoga, and crossword puzzles.
